3M™ OEM Match Wing Nozzles help technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. They fit a wide variety of 1-part seam sealers. The adjustable bead width lets technicians match the shape of the bead while the wing helps position and guide the application.

Designed to help technicians match the size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. The tapered nozzle can be trimmed to a range of widths to match a bead’s size. The wing helps position the bead on the panel and can be used as a guide helping the technician apply sealant in a smooth line. They fit a variety of 1-part (1K) seam sealers. The 1K version threads directly onto 3M cartridges. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer.
